RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE - Surrounded by the magnificent vegetation of the Monti Sibillini National Park, we come to Tenuta Cerretino: a delightful pavilion structure, in brick, created by the careful renovation of a convent dating back to the seventeenth century as can be seen by the stone found during the work and which now greets the guests on the threshold. Inside the house the wooden beams have been maintained, skilfully combined with the travertine and the parquet flooring. The beautiful portico, next to the kitchen and furnished with table and chairs for alfresco meals, provides a relaxing corner. The panorama surrounding the property is spectacular, facing majestic mountains to the west and gentle hills to the east. The estate is immersed in a 23-hectare wood, all belonging to the property and, starting from the garden, guests can take pleasant walks along well-trodden paths among scented trees such as oaks and walnuts, with the sound of streams running through it and typical park wildlife such as birds of prey, hares, deer and squirrels.

Layout:

The entrance, on the ground floor, opens on to a large hall. On the left is the study, a toilet with ante-bathroom organized as a walk-in closet and the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is the dining room which communicates with the sitting room. The sitting room is divided into two large areas: the first is dedicated wholly to conversation with three large 4-seat divans and an imposing stone fireplace; the second to the TV and relaxation. The sitting room is connected to the billiard room which is on the left of the entrance. The travertine staircase in the hall leads up to the sleeping area, disposed around a balcony, with two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom, another double bedroom and another bathroom with shower serving them both. The stairs lead down to the basement with the cellar, the safe in a closet and the laundry area with sink and washing machine. About 10 metres from the house is an attractive annex with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower
